Jane and Robert’s dream was to live near the surf in Aireys Inlet. They moved in to their self-built mud-brick home the week before Ash Wednesday.
After being evacuated from their property they watched the fire rage from the cliffs at Jan Juc. The loss of their house posed a massive challenge whilst also shaping their perspective on what things are most important in life.
